BIGNAY JUICE

Method:
Pick the Bignay fruit that are dark red, not black. Remove from stalks and wash in water.

Put them into a saucepan and just cover with water. Boil until the fruit is soft.

Mash and strain the juice.

To sweeten, add ½ cup sugar for every 1½ cup juice.
