TABACOI TART (HERBERT RIVER CHERRY)
Method:
Boil Herbert River Cherries with sugar and water. Remove seeds if possible.
Add cornflour to thicken.
Fill tart shell and decorate as desired.
This recipe can also be used as a sauce with ice cream.
