Ingredients:
155 g (6 oz) butter
90 g (3 oz) icing sugar
250 g (8 oz) S.R. flour
2 Tbl ground roasted wattle seed
Method:
Cream butter and icing sugar.
Add ground wattle seed then S.R. flour.
Roll teaspoonfuls into a ball, place on greased tray, press flat with a fork.
Bake in moderate-hot oven, (180°C) until light brown.
