WATTLE SEED DAMPER

Ingredients:
2 cups S.R. flour
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 Tbl wattle seed meal
cold water

Method:
Place dry ingredients into bowl and combine.

Mix to soft dough with cold water.

Knead lightly on a floured board.

Pat into a flat round, place on a floured oven tray and cut a cross on the top.

Bake at 350°F for approx. 20-25 mins, until it sounds hollow when knocked on the bottom.

Cool, wrapped in a tea toweL
