Ingredients:
1 avocado, halved and peeled
2 cups crushed ice
½ cup orange brandy
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup tequilla
Method:
Puree avocado with other ingredients. Serve in chilled, salt-rimmed glasses (dip glass rims into lightly beaten egg white and then into coarse salt). Serves 6 to 8.
