AVOCADO AND SEAFOOD COCKTAIL

Ingredients:
500 grams prawns
1 large avocado
shredded lettuce
lemon juice
cocktail sauce

Method:
In cocktail glasses place some shredded lettuce, skin and de-seed the avocado and chop roughly.

Mix seafood and avocado and sprinkle with lime juice. Place mixture in glasses on top of lettuce.

Spoon cocktail sauce over and decorate with prawns, avocado slices, lemon wedges or parsley sprigs.

Make your own cocktail sauce
Mix together
1 cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup of cream
1 Tbl soy sauce
1 Tbl tomato and tabasco sauce to taste
