AVOCADO ICE CREAM II

Ingredients:
2 avocadoes
2 egg whites
½ C sugar (castor)
½ lemon
3 Tbl cream 1 Tbl icing sugar

Method:
Place egg whites in bowl and beat until fluffy.

Add sugar and beat until creamy.

Mash avocados until smooth, mix in lemon juice, then mix in cream.

Fold in egg white mixture and pour into tray.

When half frozen, beat again and put back into freezer until firm.
