Ingredients:
1 cup chopped dried banana
½ cup orange juice
3 Tbl honey
½ cup skim milk powder
2 Tbl toasted sesame seeds
1 cup muesli (try Kelloggs Komplete, or even plain rolled oats)
1 cup coconut
½ cup sultanas
Method:
Place bananas, orange juice and honey in saucepan and cook gently until bananas are tender. Add milk powder, sesame seeds, muesli, coconut and sultanas. Mix well.
Press into a greased 18cm slice pan (square). Refrigerate for several hours, then cut into small squares.
Makes approximately 25 squares.
