1 pkt. butter cake mix
½ cup toasted coconut
125g butter/margarine
½ tsp cinnamon or spice to taste
¼ cup sugar
banana or fruit in season
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 small container sour cream

Combine cake mix, coconut and butter. Cut in butter until mixture resembles bread crumbs.

Press into base and ½" up the sides of a greased slab tin. Bake in a moderate oven 10-15 minutes.

Arrange fruit evenly over base. Combine sugar and spice and sprinkle over fruit.

Blend cream and egg and pour over fruit.

Bake in a moderate over 10 - 15 minutes or until topping is set.

Serve with whipped cream, custard or ice cream.
