BANANA SAVOURY

Ingredients:
2 bananas, not too ripe
salt, cayenne
beaten egg
fine breadcrumbs

Method:
Peel bananas. Cut each banana into small lengths. Season with salt and a little cayenne, then dip each piece in beaten egg and roll in fine breadcrumbs.

Fry till golden brown in hot butter. Serve hot on small fingers of toast.
