STEAMED CASSAVA AND BANANA MOMU

Ingredients:
2 large cassava roots
5 ripe mashed bananas
sugar to taste

Method:
Grate uncooked cassava and combine with mashed banana and sugar.

Wrap mixture in a young banana leaf and tie into a parcel with vine, cotton or other natural twine. (Never use synthetics.)

Bake over hot coals or in a 180°C (350°F) oven for approximately 1 hour.
