Ingredients:
3 plantain bananas, half ripe, sliced thinly
3 Tbl butter
3 Tbl honey
Crumble
1 cup plain flour
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbl butter rubbed into flour
½ cup coconut
Method:
Place the sliced plantains, honey and butter into a casserole dish.
Mix the crumble ingredients together and put this mixture on top of the bananas.
Bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
