TARO AND BANANA PUDDING

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked and mashed taro
1 cup milk
½ tsp salt
3 Tbl raisins
3 medium bananas mashed
3 tsp sugar
2 egg yolks

Method:
Combine mashed taro and banana in a food processor. Add all other ingredients and blend well.

Pour into well-greased 20 cm round cake tin and cook in slow (160 ºC) oven for 45 minutes.

Serve cut into wedges with cream or ice cream.
