BLACK SAPOTE WITH ICE CREAM

Method:
Mix equal quantities of black sapote with your favourite vanilla ice cream (softened). Add 1 or 2 tsp of liqueur (optional).

This can be either mixed carefully in until homogenous, or the sapote can be cut through the ice cream with a knife to form swirls (ripples).

Refreeze, if desired.
