BLACK SAPOTE MOUSSE III

Ingredients:
500g black sapote pulp
3 heaped tsp of full cream milk powder with ½ cup milk
2 Tbl sugar (to your taste)
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cocoa powder

Method:
Mix all ingredients together and beat well.

Serve thoroughly chilled or frozen.

You may add a dash of your favourite liqueur.
