BLACK SAPOTE AND SULTANA TART

Ingredients:
2 cups black sapote jam
1 cup sultanas
1 tart shell, uncooked

Method:
Mix sultanas black sapote jam, then spread mixture around tart shell

Bake at 180°C for approx. 20-25 minutes or until tart shell is cooked.

Then remove from oven to cool.
