Ingredients:
1 cup frozen or fresh black sapote flesh
1 egg
3 Tbl sugar
1 cup SR flour
¾ cup milk
2 Tbl cream or butter
Method:
Beat egg and sugar, add sapote pulp, beat until smooth. Add milk, then flour and mix. Add cream or melted butter, mix well.
Drop teaspoons of mixture on to greased, medium-hot fry pan, cook both sides, serve with a daub of cream.
