BLACK SAPOTE BISCUITS

Ingredients:
1½ cups S.R. flour
½ cup currants or mixed fruit
2 large or 3 small sapote
2 tsp vanilla
2-3 Tbl skim milk liquid

Method:
Combine all ingredients in blender until mixed. Place spoonfuls on baking tray.

Microwave 10 small biscuits 2-2½ minutes full power. Brown under griller or in a toaster.

Or, oven-cook 180°C for 10 minutes.
