BREADFRUIT AND FISH (Traditional)

Ingredients:
500 g boneless fish
1 breadfruit, boiled, skinned and sliced
coconut cream from one fresh coconut

Method:
Place ingredients in a casserole and cook with lid on for about half an hour or until fish is cooked.

Serve hot with salt and lime or lemon and a bowl of cooked greens.
