BREADFRUIT SCONES

Ingredients:
1½ Tbl butter
3 Tbl sugar
1 egg
¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup breadfruit pulp (very ripe)
3 cups S.R. flour
½ tsp salt.

Method:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, mix, then add sour cream. Next add breadfruit pulp, mixing all the time, finally sift in the S.R. flour with the salt added.

Make your scones (shape) in the usual way. Flour your scone tray and bake in a hot oven (400ºF) (200ºC) 12 minutes.
