BREADFRUIT SOUP I

Ingredients:
1 parboiled ripe breadfruit, chopped
chopped onions
stock
milk

Method:
Boil the breadfruit and onions in stock until onions are soft.

Blend with seasonings (pepper etc.) and add milk to give desired consistency.

Stir in a garnish of chopped chives or spring onions.

Serve hot or cold.
