CREAMED BREADFRUIT

Ingredients:
1 breadfruit
20 g butter
100 ml milk or coconut milk
1 egg,
salt, pepper

Method:
Boil breadfruit; when cooked remove the skin, mash flesh together with butter, salt and pepper and slowly add milk and egg, beating well.

Place in oven proof dish and bake at 175ºC until brown on top.
