Ingredients:
3 canistels (medium size)
4 pieces of ginger (from ginger in syrup)
1 Tbl sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1¼ cups milk
uncooked pie shell
Method:
Mash canistel in mixmaster and add well-beaten eggs. Add other ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Cook in moderate oven for 30-40 minutes or until canistel mixture is set.
