BILIMBI PRAWNS

Ingredients:
12 shelled and de-veined prawns
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 Tbl chilli powder (or less according to taste)
½ tsp turmeric
14 bilimbis sliced
1 Tbl oil

Method:
Heat oil, fry garlic and onion, until golden, add turmeric, chilli powder, and a little water, fry for one minute, add prawns, then when prawns are cooked, add bilimbi and salt to taste. Cook another five minutes and serve.
