Ingredients:
6 carambolas sliced
2 cups strong tea with 24 cloves
½ cup sugar or honey
½ cup lime juice
2 cups cranberry or rosella juice
2 cups orange juice
gingerale
Method:
Slice carambolas and put on cookie sheet and freeze until ready to serve.
Mix other ingredients in punch bowl. Add ginger ale and ice. Float carambola slices on top.
