CASSAVA PANCAKES

Ingredients:
2 cups grated cassava
1 Tbl butter
1 egg
2 Tbl sugar
pinch salt

Method:
Cream butter and sugar then add the egg.

Mix thoroughly and add the grated cassava and a pinch of salt.

Heat pan to 150 degrees C, put a bit of butter and a spoonful of the mixture and spread it. Turn it over when browning starts to occur. After other side is browned, remove and serve.
