Ingredients:
FILLING:
3 medium chokos
½ cup sugar
½ cup lemon juice
2 Tbl custard powder
1 tin condensed milk
PASTRY:
2 cups S.R. flour
125 g margarine
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
Method:
Cook chokos until tender and then mash with sugar. Stir lemon juice and custard powder together, mix into choco and stir all together over low heat until thickened. Then stir in the condensed milk.
Make the pastry: cream margarine and sugar together, add eggs and flour. Press into oiled pan and bake in moderate oven till light brown. Add filling when pastry has cooled. Decorate with whipped cream and tropical fruit.
