LEMON BARS

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup margarine
½ cup powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 Tbl flour
7 Tbl lemon juice

Method:
Cut margarine into flour and sugar until crumbly.

Pat in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes.

While crust is baking, beat the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice very well.

Pour hot filling over crust and return to oven. Bake 20 minutes longer; sprinkle with confectioner's sugar when cooled. Cut into bars.
