Editor's Note: There are identification issues about this plant. The first reference speaks of 'Sachamango' and the second reference, 'Sashamango'. An internet search on both of the names brings up 2 different botanical names: Grias peruviana and Gustavia speciosa. A search on these names finds that both may be members of the Lecythidaceae family, but Myrtaceae family is also posited.
