DURIAN BISCUITS

Ingredients:
2 cups S.R. flour
½ cup butter
2/3 cup coconut
2/3 cup sugar
½ cup mashed durian

Method:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Bind with egg and durian and butter.

Roll into walnut-size pieces. Bake in a very moderate oven on a greased tray until golden brown.
