Ingredients:
2 tins evaporated milk, chilled
2 Tbl sugar (as desired)
pulp of 5-6 seeds of durian
Method:
Whisk the evaporated milk till it is soft and fluffy. Add sugar and durian pulp and continue whisking. The mixture should be very fluffy and full of froth.
Pour in a tray and put in freezer. After about 30-45 minutes when the ice cream is half set, take it out and whisk it again for several minutes. Pour back into tray and set in the freezer.
