JAKFRUIT LIME TART
Ingredients:
tart shell, cooked
1 tin condensed milk
1½ cups pureed jakfruit
juice of 2 limes
4 tsp gelatine dissolved in small amount of hot water.
Method:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Fill tart shell. Decorate. Chill to set.
