Ingredients:
500 g jak seeds
2 ozs coconut roasted to a dark colour
2 tsp ground coriander
1 pint 2nd extract of coconut milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chilli powder
Method:
Wash the seeds. Cover with cold water, add 1 tsp salt and boil till tender. Remove the outer skin.
Add all the ingredients and simmer for about ½ hour till gravy has reduced and thickened.
