Ingredients:
½ cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1½ cup pureed jak fruit
1½ cup self-raising flour
2 Tbl milk
Method:
Cream the butter and sugar well. Add the pulp and beat again. Add the eggs one at a time.
Lastly, fold in the flour alternately with soda dissolved in milk.
Bake in a moderate oven approximately for 45 minutes.
