2 Tbl oil
3 tsp curry
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbl chutney
1 medium onion, chopped finely
2 tsp fresh ginger, finely-chopped
salt to own taste
half a jakfruit, mature but green.
In a fry pan, cook all the ingredients except the jakfruit until the onion is cooked about 5 minutes.
Add cut-up jakfruit rags and arils, discard the seeds. Combine the sauce with the jakfruit and cook for 25 minutes in a covered casserole dish in a moderate oven.
