JAKFRUIT MOUSSE

Ingredients:
500 g frozen jakfruit
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp gelatine melted in 1 Tbl boiling water
1 Tbl castor sugar
½ cup thickened cream

Method:
Blend all except cream in blender until smooth.

Stir in cream and refrigerate until firm.
