Ingredients:
½ green jakfruit
½ cup minced pork
4 chopped eschalots
2-3 young lime leaves
coriander leaves
2 Tbl oil
7-8 tomatoes
Fish sauce
CHILLI PASTE
3-5 chillies
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 tsp coriander seeds
4 eschallots

Method:
Boil the young jakfruit until cooked and cut into pieces. Grind chilli paste ingredients until fine, add the jakfruit and minced pork and mix well.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the eschalots until yellow, taking some out to use as a garnish, then add the paste and tomatoes.
When cooked, add the lime leaves and fish sauce and garnish with eschalots and coriander leaves.
