Ingredients:
Cake
1 cup SR flour
4 oz sugar
¼ cup milk
¾ cup diced or pureed jakfruit.
1 egg
4 oz butter or oil
Topping
1 cup jakfruit (diced)
½ cup coconut
2 Tbl water
4 Tbl sugar
1 Tbl arrowroot or cornflour
Method:
Mix cake mixture together, spread onto tray, cook ½ hr at 350ºF.
Cook diced jakfruit, sugar and water. Thicken with arrowroot or cornflour. Spread over cooled
