LYCHEE COCKTAIL

Ingredients:
250g lychees, peeled, halved and seeded
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced orange
1 Tbl sugar
2 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Combine fruits and chill for 1 hour. Add sugar and lemon juice. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses. Serves 4.
