Ingredients:
250 g lychees
brandy
pistachio ice cream
whipped cream or whipped topping
Method:
Peel and pit the lychees; marinate them overnight in brandy.
Into five parfait glasses, alternate layers of lychees, pistachio ice cream, and whipped cream or whipped topping until the glasses are filled.
Top with whipped cream or whipped topping and whole, unpeeled lychees.
