Ingredients:
1 cup mashed Mamey Sapote
½ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
2 Tbl lime or lemon juice
2 eggs
150 ml cream
1 cup milk
1 uncooked pastry shell
Method:
Bake the pie shell in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
Blend all other ingredients and pour into the pie shell.
Reduce oven to moderate and cook for 45 minutes or till firm.
Cool and decorate with extra cream.
