Ingredients:
mameys
sugar
cinnamon
Method:
Peel mamey, cut in large slices, cook in water until soft.
With the water, make a sirup with the sugar and half the quantity of mamey, and adding cinnamon.
Skim, chill and then add the other half of the mamey; let stand till the next day. Replace on the fire until thickened.
