Ingredients:
1 sponge cake (home made or bought)
1 cup pureed jakfruit (mixed with ½ cup whipped cream)
1 cup pureed mango (mixed with ½ cup whipped cream).
Extra whipped cream, strawberries and passionfruit
(With the pureed jakfruit, add 1 tsp of rum, this is optional)
Method:
Cut the sponge cake into 3 layers. On the first layer, use the jakfruit mixture and the second layer, the mango mixture. Decorate with the extra whipped cream and strawberries and passionfruit.
