BAKED MANGO CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken pieces
1 pkt French onion soup
1 cup mango pulp

Method:
Grease shallow ovenproof dish. Dry chicken pieces and place in dish, skin side up. Sprinkle over the French onion soup mix, spoon over the mango pulp.

Bake in moderate oven 30-45 minutes. Quick and easy! Try baking fish fillets the same way.
