Ingredients:
450 gr mango pulp, sieved or blended
sugar to taste
1¼ cup cream or evaporated milk
1 Tbl gelatine
3 Tbl orange, lime or lemon juice.
Method:
Soften gelatine in fruit juice, warm and stir until dissolved.
Add enough water to mango pulp to make 1¾ cups. Stir in sugar.
Whip cream and fold in. Stir in juice and gelatine. Chill.
