MANGO FANDANGO

Ingredients:
1 medium size mango, peeled and chopped
4 ozs fresh orange juice
1 banana, cut in chunks
1 tablespoon honey (may be omitted)
8 ice cubes
Fresh mint for garnish

Method:
Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for a minute or two. Serve in chilled old fashioned glasses garnished with mint sprigs.
