Ingredients:
1 large mango, peeled and diced
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup halved strawberries (or substitute peaches)
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
2 key limes (lemons or other lime varieties may be used)
1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute
Method:
Combine fruit and mix gently. Sprinkle sugar and squeeze lime juice over fruit. Chill about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Serve for breakfast or dessert.
