MANGO AND MACADAMIA MUFFINS

Ingredients:
1 cup S R flour
1 cup S R wholemeal flour
1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
½ cup sugar
1 cup diced mango
3 Tbl melted margarine
1 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten

Method:
Sift the flours then add the sugar, mango and nuts.

Combine the margarine, milk and egg then add to the dry ingredients.

Mix gently until just blended. Spoon into greased muffin tins then bake in a moderate oven, 180° for 30 minutes.
