MANGO AND ROSS SAPOTE SCONES

Ingredients:
3 cups wholemeal flour
¼ cup honey
½ cup milk or soya milk
½ cup mashed mango
½ cup mashed ross sapote flesh
1 heaped Tbl butter or margarine or oil

Method:
Rub butter into flour, add milk and honey, add mashed pulp, mix with knife until mixed through.

Turn out onto floured board, cut into squares. Place on greased tray, bake in a hot oven (400ºF) for 15-20 minutes.
