MANGO SALAD

Method:
Peel, seed and slice 3 fresh mangoes. Put into a glass bowl, top with thinly sliced purple onion rings (or onions dipped in beetroot juice) and small pieces chopped celery.

Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. (Good with roasts and steaks)
